We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.
All of our prices are displayed in your local currency on the website but paid in EUR at checkout.
Delivery time varies depending on selected shipping option and destination but due to high demand, it may take up to 30 days.
We ship worldwide.
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at contact@distinctscent.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the pictures, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Distinct Scent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Distinct Scent will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We do not accept the request of exchange.
